Our Commitment to Partners
At Appliance Pickup, we connect businesses like yours with valuable appliance removal leads. We aim for transparency and fairness in our billing practices for our partner services.
General Policy: No Refunds
Due to the nature of our service, which involves the immediate provision of leads (either via subscription access or direct purchase), we maintain a strict no-refund policy. The value of our service is delivered instantly upon your access to lead information. Once a lead is purchased or access is granted through a subscription, we cannot issue a refund.
This policy applies to both our:
- Monthly Subscriptions: For unlimited, un-redacted leads.
- Per-Lead Purchases: For individual un-redacted lead details.
We do not offer pro-rated refunds for subscriptions that are cancelled mid-cycle.
Subscription Cancellations
You are free to cancel your monthly subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, you will continue to have full access to unlimited leads until the end of your current paid billing cycle. After your billing cycle concludes, your subscription will not be renewed, and your access to premium lead details will revert to the per-lead model.
You can manage your subscription, including cancellation, through your customer billing portal (if available) or by contacting us directly.
Exceptional Circumstances
We understand that extreme and unusual situations can occur. In rare cases, we may, at our sole discretion, decide to issue a refund. Such instances are reviewed on a case-by-case basis and are not guaranteed. An example of a potential exception could be a proven technical error on our part that prevented you from receiving or accessing a purchased lead.
A lack of success in contacting a lead, or the appliance being unavailable, does not qualify for a refund, as our service provides the lead information itself, not a guarantee of a successful pickup.
